Description

This is the result of an attempt to represent as a Learning Path the high-level structure of a typical mentoring project, according to some design documents by the BrightSide Trust.

Each node represents a stage in the journey or a state in the workflow.

Most stages make sense for both the mentor and the mentee, although their different roles could require different behaviours.

Each stage will define a number of goals and will refer to support material.

The mentor will be able to advance the state of the project, and possibly also to move it back.
